Victoria Tiso was named the new Head Coach of the Softball Team on January 3, 2018.
 
Tiso will lead the softball program after spending the 2017 year at Westchester Community College as assistant softball coach and assistant to the athletic director.
 
Tiso brings plenty of coaching experience to Baruch. She was the Head Coach at Riverdale Country School while also serving as assistant coach for the varsity program.
 
She is currently the Co- Head Coach for Empire State Huskies U16 Tournament Team. Over the past 10 summers, she has worked with over 400 kids with the goal of achieving their dream of playing college softball.
 
Additionally, she has past experience with Diamond Dolls U12, Pelham Travel Softball U16, and Total Kaos Tournament U14/U16 teams.
 
Her work experience includes Director of Youth Recreation & Special Events for A-Game Sports in New Rochelle, NY, and Sports Director for Skyhawk's Camp in Rockland County.
 
A graduate of Pelham High School, she holds numerous school softball records for the Pelicans, including most walks in a season and most RBI in a game. During her senior year, she went on to win MVP and coaches awards.
 
Tiso continued her athletic career at NCAA Division II St. Thomas Aquinas College. She was a third baseman/outfielder for the Lady Spartans.
 
She is no stranger to challenges and hard work as she served as the Class President at St. Thomas Aquinas. She graduated with a degree in Sports Management and currently resides in Pelham, New York.
