Alicea (Ulmer) Hodges is in her first season as assistant coach.

She is no stranger to the women's basketball program at Baruch. She played four years (2011-2015) for the Bearcats and won four CUNYAC titles, along with winning 91 total games, which included an NCAA win against Stevens in 2015.

She graduated in 2015 from Baruch with a Degree in Journalism.

She later earned an M.S. in Special Education from Brooklyn College and is a 2021 New York City Teaching Fellows Cohort 35.

Alicea is currently a seventh grade science teacher at the Village Academy and coached for two years at Beach Channel High School.

She is a mom to one year old Aiden. Her husband Jerome Hodges played college basketball at Berkeley College.
