Junior men’s basketball player Chris Beauchamp has been voted the Baruch Athlete of the Month for November 2010.

For the Month of November, Chris averaged 24.4 points and grabbed 5.8 rebounds to go along with a free throw shooting percent of 91 percent.

The monthly award is voted on by the athletic department staff. For a complete list of Beauchamp’s November highlights, please read below.

** Shot 9-15 from the floor to score 24 points in a season-opening road victory over Stevens Tech (11/15).

** Scored 18 points versus then-ranked #6 Middlebury (11/19) at the UMASS-Dartmouth Tournament.

** Shot 9-19 from the floor and a perfect 11-11 from the free-throw line in scoring a season-high 33 points in a third place win over Thomas of Maine at the UMASS-Dartmouth Tournament
(11/20).

** Scored 17 points and grabbed nine rebounds in a home opener win against Farmingdale State (11/23).

** Shot 17-19 from the free-throw line to finish with 30 total points as part of a double overtime home victory against Wesleyan (11/27).
