The men’s soccer team will live to play another day thanks to today’s announcement from the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) that they have been selected to compete in the ECAC Metro Postseason Division III Tournament.
The Bearcats (7-4-5) will start play in their third-ever postseason (first in ECAC) tournament appearance this Wednesday, with a 7:00 pm road match against Rutgers-Newark (9-9-0) in Newark, New Jersey.
The winner of the quarterfinal will advance to play in the semifinals on Saturday against either second-seed New Jersey City or seventh-seeded Mount Saint Mary (NY).
