The women's volleyball team won for the ninth time in their last 10 matches by defeating the Gothic Knights from New Jersey City University in four sets (25-16, 23-25, 25-18, 25-11) in a non-conference match played Saturday afternoon in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Christina Pierre led the Baruch (13-4) attack again with 18 kills, while Martina Micko finished with 11 kills and a career-high eight aces.

Lauren Hayden and Mayra Estepan notched nine kills each. Melinda Santiago dished out 35 assists and Posey Wilson came up big defensively again with 19 digs.

Tabitha Jordan led the Gothic Knights (5-10) from the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) with 13 kills and 20 digs.
