The women’s volleyball team lost to Elmira College in three (25-18, 25-10, 25-20) in an ECAC Metro/Upstate quarterfinal round match played on Thursday evening in Elmira, New York.

Christina Pierre led the Bearcats with six kills, while Melinda Santiago dished out 15 assists.

With the loss, the season comes to an end with a 26-9 overall record.

The 26 wins are the most since 1995, and help clinch one of the best seasons in team history for the Baruch women's volleyball program.
