The #9-ranked men’s volleyball team swept City Tech (3-0) and CCNY (3-0) in the CUNYAC Multi-Match Day #2 hosted by Hunter College in New York City.

With the results, the Bearcats improve to 14-9 overall and 7-0 in CUNYAC. They also stretch their overall win streak to 11 matches.

Against City Tech, the Bearcats won with scores of 25-9, 25-13, 25-16. Jack McKee led the way with seven kills, while Arnold Situmeang recorded five kills. Jesus Echevarria dished out 27 assists in the morning victory.

Against CCNY, the Bearcats won with scores of 25-17, 25-11, 25-13. Vincent Cruz and Steven Coniglio led the attack with six kills each. Ray Satagaj finished with five kills and three blocks.

The men’s volleyball team will continue their CUNYAC schedule on Tuesday, February 22nd, with a 7:00 pm home contest against the Lightning of Lehman College.
