The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) has released the first set of national Division III rankings for the upcoming 2013 men’s volleyball season.

The Baruch Bearcats will begin the season as the #13 preseason nationally-ranked program in Division III. Last year, the team finished the 2012 season ranked #13 after appearing in the inaugural NCAA Tournament

The Bearcats have now been ranked 44 consecutive weeks, dating back to the end of the 2009 volleyball season. For complete preseason rankings, please scroll to the bottom of this page.

The Bearcats will begin their schedule on Saturday, January 26, at the Rivier/Daniel Webster Tournament in Nashua, New Hampshire. The team will play #7 Rivier (3:30 pm) and Endicott College in their first matches of the regular season.
