The No. 10 ranked men's volleyball team swept the Bloodhounds of John Jay College of Criminal Justice in three (25-18, 25-6, 25-20) on Tuesday night in the ARC Arena.

The Bearcats (16-5, 12-1 CUNYAC) totaled 38 kills, hitting .429, compared to 18 kills (-.024) by the Bloodhounds (10-8, 8-5 CUNYAC).

Yanni Malo (.700) and Chris Kaimis led the attack with seven kills and Scott Standring dished out 18 assists.

Juan DeJesus (7 kills) and Nicholas Anderson (13 assists) were the top players for the visitors.

The men's volleyball team will travel on Thursday night to Springfield, Massachusetts for a 7:30 pm contest against No. 6 ranked and defending National Champion the Springfield College Pride.
