Lehman Tops Bearcats in Men's Soccer (1-0)

The men's soccer team lost 1-0 to the Lightning of Lehman College on Saturday afternoon in the Bronx, New York.

The Lightning scored their lone goal with six minutes left as Abdaulaye Bassirou pounced on a loose ball inside the box for the unassisted strike.

The visiting Bearcats totaled eight shots (William Rosales 3) in the contest, but could not get the tying goal.

The Bearcats will return to action on Monday, October 3, with a 6 p.m. home contest (non-conference) against the Cougars of Medgar Evers College at Randall's Island Field #10.
