#1 Springfield Tops Bearcats

The men's volleyball team lost in three (15, 16, 21) to the No. 1 ranked Pride of Springfield College on Friday night in the ARC Arena.

The visiting Pride hit a torrid .491, the highest this season by any team against the Bearcats, with 35 total kills to improve to 21-1 overall.

Brady Ambro led the Bearcats this evening with six kills, while Scott Standring recorded 17 assists in the home loss.

Trevor Mattson and Luis Vega (.692) were tops for the Pride with 10 kills ach.

The Bearcats will quickly resume action Saturday morning at the CUNYAC Multi-Match hosted by Hunter College. The Bearcats play CCNY at 9 a.m., followed by Lehman at 11 a.m.
