The men's and women's swimming teams traveled to Queens College on Thursday night in Flushing to take on both the host Queens and Adelphi University.

The women came out victorious winning against Queens but suffered the loss to Adelphi. The men fell to Adelphi.

Amanda Lee had another big meet winning her three events against Queens in the 200 IM (2:24.06), 500 free (5:49.85), and 100 breaststroke (1:12.13). The times were her best this season.  

Karina Gotz defeated Queens and finished second to Adelphi in the lightning fast 50 free with a time of 27.28.

Nicole Ousmanova was first against Queens in the 100 backstroke (1:04.60).

Highlights this evening with the men included Abdul Khan (1st place, 100 breaststroke, 1:06.76), Matthew Greenfield (2nd place, 1,000 free, 12:58.08), Evan Nikolic (2nd place, 100 butterfly, 56.50), Julian Tineo (2nd place, 50 free, 23.47) and Axel Tolpina (2nd place, 100 free, 52.44) all recording solid individual finishes.
