Men's Volleyball Celebrates Bearcats Appreciation Night By Defeating Brooklyn

The men's volleyball team recorded a 25-16, 25-16, 25-13 sweep of the Bulldogs of Brooklyn College in the regular-season finale on Tuesday night in the ARC Arena.

Prior to the match, the team and athletic department honored Nicholas Godino, Kyriakos Semertzidis and Warren Chan for their service to the team and for playing in their final regular season home match.

Godino carried the celebration of the night into the match and powered the team with 15 kills, hitting .480.

Artem Zinkin and Meni Musheyev had five kills each in the home attack.

Edward Grinberg had 19 assists and Semertzidis came up big again in the back with 13 digs.

Overall, the Bearcats hit .298 to total 38 kills, while the visiting Bulldogs had only 25 kills for a negative -.011.
