Freshman Idan Saragosti, a three-time CUNYAC Men's Swimmer Rookie of the Week, has been named the Athlete of the Month for November. Idan has registered dominant performances during his first two months of swimming at the intercollegiate level.
** Won and established school/freshmen records in the 200 free and 100 breastroke against William Paterson (11/8). He also won and helped break the 200 free relay school record.
** Against SUNY-Maritime (11/19), he helped win the 200 medley relay and set the school/freshmen records in winning the 100 and 200 free events.
** Against CUNYAC foe York (11/24), Idan did not let up, winning the 200 free relay, and winning and establishing the school/freshmen records in the 100 fly and breastroke events.
** He won all three of his events against Manhattan College (50 free, 100 free, 200 medley relay) on November 14.
** Idan has helped the men’s team off to a 3-3 record and 1-1 mark in CUNYAC. He also helped Baruch defeat a Division II (Adelphi) and Div. I (Manhattan) opponent to start the season.
** The freshman from California has broken at least two records in every meet during October and November.
