Sharada Tangirala is the Baruch Athlete of the Month for October 2017.

Tangirala had an exceptional month, posting a perfect 8-0 record in singles and 7-1 in doubles against CUNYAC and Non-Conference opponents.

This is the first monthly honor for the sophomore from Seattle, Washington.

HIGHLIGHTS

* Recorded a 5-0 record in singles and 4-0 in doubles against CUNYAC opposition.

* Helped lead the Bearcats to the semifinals of the CUNYAC Tournament.
