For the third time in his career, senior Danial Levent has been named the Athlete of the Month.

Danial was previously named Athlete of the Month during February and March of 2008.

Levent ended the past month of March by being named the CUNYAC Tournament MVP in leading the Bearcats to their third conference tournament championship in four years.

It was amazingly also the third time he has been named CUNYAC Tournament MVP.

For a complete list of highlights, please read below...

** Notched 21 kills to lead Baruch to a victory over nationally ranked SUNY-New Paltz (3/12).

** Tallied 18 kills and eight digs in a victory over Elms College (3/21).

** Picked up 15 kills and five total blocks to lead Baruch in a big home victory over rival Hunter College (3/10).

** Notched 16 kills and five total blocks in a conference victory over Lehman College (3/17).

** Tallied 17 kills and four total blocks in a CUNYAC final victory over Hunter College (3/27).

** For his efforts throughout the season, Danial also earned First Team All-CUNYAC honors.

** For the month of March, Danial averaged 4.03 kills per game, while hitting .355 from the floor.
