Baseball player Thomas Daly has been named the Baruch Athlete of the Month for April/May 2012.
Due to the shortened amount of games played by teams in May, the honor recognizes the accomplishments for a combined period of April/May.

**Named the 2012 CUNYAC Player of the Year for the second consecutive season.
**Named the 2012 ECAC Metro Player of the Year.
**Named a regional all-star by D3baseball.com and the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA).
**Earned the (ABCA) Rawlings Gold Glove honor for first base for the entire New York Division III Region.
**Scored three runs and hit two triples in the second game of the doubleheader versus Yeshiva (4/1).
**Recorded six RBI and three runs scored versus Manhattanville (4/11).
**Scored three runs with two RBI in a CUNYAC game one doubleheader win over CCNY. In the second game, he batted 5-for-6 with three RBI and four runs scored to sweep CCNY (4/12).
** Batted 3-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBI in a CUNYAC Tournament victory over John Jay (4/27).
**Batted 3-for-4 with one RBI to help Baruch clinch the CUNYAC Baseball Tournament Title with a 5-3 win over Staten Island (4/28).
**Score one run with one RBI in the ECAC quarterfinal 6-4 victory over St. Joseph’s of Long Island (5/10).
**For the period of April/May, Daly totaled 28 RBI, 29 runs scored, 11 doubles, 11 stolen bases with a solid .454 hitting percentage.
**Finishes his career with the all-time team season record of 52 RBI.
