The women's tennis team suffered a 7-2 loss to Lehman College in a CUNYAC match played on Saturday afternoon at the Lehman College Tennis Courts.

Lehman (6-6, 4-2 CUNYAC) won all three doubles and four of the six singles to hand the Bearcats (2-8, 2-4 CUNYAC) the loss.

Annar Komar was victorious at #1 singles (2-6, 6-4, 7-0), while Michelle Bravo also won at #5 singles (6-4, 6-7 (6-8), 8-6).

The women's tennis team will return to action on Columbus Day, Monday, October 11, with a pair of matches against Medgar Evers (10:00 am) and City Tech (12:00 pm). The matches will be played at the York College Tennis Courts.
