Women's Tennis Defeats John Jay

The women’s tennis team defeated John Jay College of Criminal Justice, 6-1, in a rescheduled CUNYAC match played on Thursday afternoon at Crotona Park Courts in the Bronx.

The two teams were initially scheduled to play on September 29, but the conference match was postponed by rain and rescheduled to Thursday.

The two teams with their available players played a 6-1 score after Baruch won the two doubles and four of the five singles to record their second consecutive victory.

The Bearcats will return to action on Friday, October 7, with a 3:30 pm CUNYAC match at York College in Jamaica, New York.
