The women's tennis team lost 7-2 to rival Hunter College on Saturday afternoon at the indoor courts on the campus of Queens College in Flushing, New York.

The Hawks won two of the three doubles and five of six singles for the victory played indoors due to the rain.

Allie Jackson-Hing had a strong effort today winning the Baruch points in singles and doubles. She teamed up with Hayley Bester to stay undefeated (10-0) in first doubles this season by winning 8-6. She later won in first singles by the score of 6-1, 6-0.

The Bearcats will return to action on Thursday, October 16, with a 5:00 pm match at William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey.

NOTE: The women's tennis team will host a CUNYAC quarterfinal round playoff match on Sunday, October 19, at 12:00 pm at the U.S. National Tennis Center in Queens. The exact opponent is still to be determined.
