Women's Tennis Defeats William Paterson (9-0) on Senior Day

The women's tennis team recorded a 9-0 sweep of William Paterson University on Saturday afternoon at the U.S. National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, New York.

The Bearcats won convincingly in both the singles and doubles encounters to improve to 8-3 overall.

It was senior day for the women's tennis team and senior Hayley Bester won her singles matchup, 6-0 in both sets. She also won her doubles matchup with Sharada Tangirala, 8-1.

The Bearcats will hit the road on Wednesday for a 4:00 p.m. make up contest at Ramapo College, at Mahwah, New Jersey.
