Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Men's Soccer Starts Season at Plattsburgh Soccer Classic

The men's soccer team traveled all the way up to the North Country of New York State to compete at the Northwestern Mutual Cardinal Classic hosted by SUNY Plattsburgh.

The Bearcats opened their fall season playing SUNY Potsdam and lost 3-0 in a tough contest near the Canadian border.

Potsdam out-shot the visiting Bearcats 17-3 and jumped out to a 2-0 advantage after 26 minutes for the win.

Arman Celebi, Esmin Vukovic, and Alan Nikaj had one shot attempt each in the non-conference loss. 

Goalkeeper Jon Legasa recorded four saves.

The Bearcats will quickly return to action tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. taking on weekend host SUNY Plattsburgh at 4:00 p.m.
