Paul Sirakowski has been named the Baruch Athlete of the Month for April/May 2019.
Due to the limited number of athletic events in May, this monthly honor is combined for April/May.Â

This is the first monthly honor for the junior from Massapequa, New York.\
Sirakowski led the Bearcats to their first CUNYAC Championship since 2012 and first-ever appearance in the NCAA.

*Voted a CUNYAC-All-Star.
*Baruch College Frank Dursi Pitcher of the Year Award Recipient.
*April CUNYAC Scholar-Athlete of the Month.
*CUNYAC Pitcher of the Week on April 8 and April 15.
*During April/May, he compiled a 4-1 record with a 2.38 ERA and 34 total strikeouts.
*Pitched a complete post-season game victory (9 IP, 7 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 6K) in the CUNYAC Championship game 1 win against Staten Island.
*Pitched another post-season win in the NCAA Play-In (8 IP, 9 H, 2 R, 0 ER, 4 K) against Husson to help Bearcats' clinch their 1st-ever NCAA berth.
