#12 Bearcats Lose Battle of Top 15 Teams, Fall to #15 Philadelphia Biblical

The men’s volleyball team suffered a loss to Philadelphia Biblical University on Thursday night in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

The visiting Bearcats started the match with an opening set win, but could not repeat it the rest of the way as the Crimson Eagles captured the last three to take their season record to 2-3 (2-2 vs. Div. III).

Pablo Oliveira led Baruch this evening with 15 kills, while Matt McKee finished with 12 kills. Danial Levent was busy again with eight kills and 10 digs.

Radu Wyrwas led the attack by finishing with 44 assists. Gabriel Rivera had nine digs on the defensive end.

With the loss, the Bearcats drop to 7-3 on the season.

They will return to action Friday night with a 7:00 pm road match at Stevenson University (formerly Villa Julie) in Baltimore, Maryland.
