#4 Men's Volleyball Roll Past Lehman in Four Sets (30-17, 26-30, 30-16, 30-21)

The #4-ranked men’s volleyball team defeated Lehman College in four sets (30-17, 26-30, 30-16, 30-21) in a CUNYAC match on Tuesday night in the Bronx.

With the victory, the Bearcats raise their record to 28-2 overall and a perfect 14-0 in CUNYAC, while the Lightning of Lehman College drop to 13-9 overall and 9-5 in CUNYAC.

Sequiel Sanchez led the Bearcats to another victory with 19 kills (.389), 10 digs and two service aces.

Pablo Oliveira (.368), Kirill Yagnetinskiy (.667) and Santos Rivera notched 10 kills each in the balanced scoring attack. Ivan Andujar dished out 41 assists and collected five digs.

Overall, the Bearcats dominated with 70 kills (.307) compared to 34 kills (.024) by Lehman.

Nate Martin led Lehman with 15 kills and 12 total digs.

The men’s volleyball team will return to action on Saturday by competing at the Ramapo Tri-Match in Mahwah, New Jersey. The Bearcats will play Stevenson University (1:00 pm) and Ramapo College (3:00 pm).
