Women's basketball player Sheridan Taylor has been named the Baruch Athlete of the Month for December 2012.

Taylor had a very productive month to lead the Bearcats to an undefeated record through the end of December.

**Grabbed 17 rebounds in a CUNYAC road win at John Jay (12/1).

**Shot 5-of-8 from the floor, scoring 10 points and grabbing nine rebounds, in a home CUNYAC win versus CCNY (12/7).

**Grabbed 13 rebounds in an important non-conference regional home win over Ithaca (12/8).

**Scored 15 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in a home win over Allegheny (12/28).

**Shot 8-of-12 from the floor, scored 16 points and grabbed a career-high 21 rebounds, in a home win over Wisconsin-Platteville (12/30).

**For the month of December, Sheridan averaged 13.3 rebounds per game.
