Nick Smith was named the Baruch Athlete of the Month for March 2015.

This is the first monthly honor for the senior from Long Beach, New York.

For a complete list of his March highlights, please read below.

*Started his CUNYAC season on a big note with 12 kills (.588) and five blocks vs Lehman (3/7).

*Collected 14 digs (.737) and three blocks vs CCNY (3/19).

*Against #6 Springfield, he totaled 14 kills hitting .333.

* For the month, Nick totaled 84 kills while hitting .365 with 19 blocks. He averaged 2.80 kills and 0.63 blocks per set in helping the Bearcats to a 9-1 record during the month, which included a 3-0 home sweep of Hunter on Senior Night.
